01 General Terms & Service Description

• Deposits are usually credited instantly.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–30 minutes.

04 Bonus, Promotion & Reward Policy

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 5x (deposit + bonus).
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days.
• Multiple deposit bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.5.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Tikitaka reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspicious activity.

05 Betting Rules & Wager Acceptance Policy

All bets on Tikitaka are processed in accordance with specific rules. Please make sure you understand these rules before placing a bet.

• Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• If the odds on a pre-match bet change after placement, the original odds at the time of the bet will apply.
• If a match is cancelled, all bets placed on that event will be refunded.
• Bets may be voided if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.

• Tikitaka sets the maximum stake allowed per event.

Live betting may be affected by internet disconnections. Tikitaka is not responsible for any such disruptions.

06 Prohibited Activities & Anti-Fraud Policy

Tikitaka is committed to maintaining a fair environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using or renting another person's account.
• Using multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system.
• Automated betting using software or bots.
• Payment fraud or use of unauthorized payment methods.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Use for money laundering or terrorist financing.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

Tikitaka reserves the right to close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• In cases of breach of terms.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• In cases of suspicious transactions or activity.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
